Dial or receive call on windows but speak using IP Phone

Hi,

Can a user dial a call using windows soft client but rather speak using IP phone. Many users want to use headsets of IP phone.

It can depend on the sets you are using. You want to use CTI mode. Do a search for that.

As above need to use cti mode of the software if the handset allow it

What phones , are you using 3cx client or webclient

As already been said here, CTI is what you need. Both the windows client and the web client support this.
Basically you will need to provision the windows client and ip phone with the same extension and switch to CTI Mode on the client. As for the web client, you'll need to login with the extension provisioned on ip phone
