Solved Different ringtone for external calls

Hi,
I have a non-provisioned SPA504G and I noticed that when I receive external calls the ringtone is different from the one that I selected for that extension. I don’t need/want this. I want my ringtone to be played for any incoming calls.
Also I don’t want to provision the SPA with 3CX.

That model can be manually provisioned though a GUI.

Correct. But no matter what ringtone I set on the Cisco, when receiving an external call, it will bypass my setting and use the default ringtone.

Solved this by deleting the following ringtone "h=external;w=3;c=3" from the Phone page in the phone GUI.
