Disable DND

We are migrating from Cisco IPT to 3CX with Yealink phones. We have to be able to disable DND.

Can this be done at the 3CX level or do we have to build a custom template for our Yealink phones? We run Yealink T-27G phones.

If a custom template is required to disable DND, would someone have that template they could offer up?

Features like this should be able to be disabled at the system level - not requiring end users to manipulate the phone template simply to disable the feature.

Hi Amir,

3CX provisions the phone's DND button to sync with the extension's DND Status and vice versa, if the status is changed elsewhere it also removes DND from the phone automatically.

This was by design so unfortunately it cannot be disabled from 3CX. In this case you would indeed need to create your own custom template to disable it.
