Hi Everyone

I have trawled through the forums and cant find the answer to this one.

In previous versions, when a DR answers a call, its possible to enter any extention number and the call would direct to that extention...now, you receive a message "an error occured in the ivr session, sorry"

Any ideas or is this now a limitation in V7

Hi

Yes, clean install on Windows 2003 STD

I did restore a backup created in V6, with settings etc but have also tried creating a new DR with the same results.

Any ideas?

Hi again

Unsure of its relevance, but i have installed the call log reported tool, and that is showing that no calls have been made when i know they have?

Hello

A little more information for the pot

The result is the same if the call comes in via a PSTN line or a VoIP (voiptalk.org) line, so totally removes and issues about a blocked port

Hello again

short of uninstalling, re-installing and setting everything up from scratch....

I have created a new VoIP provider, new Extention and new DR and the problem remains.

any thoughts on this? will uninstalling make any difference

The same happens when calling the DR from an extention...

Also tried 1234 (voicemail) to drop out, same response

Just a thought guys - is this the Free version or the Full version that is working/not working ?

Tim

-It should work on both.
-It works on v7 paid version.

Agreed it *should*...... .......

Hi Guys

This is the FREE version and a clean install, including settings reveals that it still doenst work and is perhaps a limitation?

Many thanks

Hi

I have just tried a clean install, on a test 2k3 server, setup extentions, lines and DR from start, with the 2 call key...

same issues.

Guys, we've recently found bug that causes that systems with 2,4 or 5 digits extensions doesn't handle direct transfer from DR properly. It is fixed already and will be available with next update. 3-digits long systems work OK.

Again and again, sorry, but I'm not authorized to announce any estimations :)
