DTMF question

Is DTMF configurable from the point of changing to "inband DTMF". Also, is the "payload type" configurable when Out of Band is enabled?

That all depends on the type of VoIP device(s) you are dealing with and the options they offer. You may want to elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish.

On the 3CX system itself......no. But as Leejor indicated, yes...depending upon the end devices offerings.
