Dynamics 365 Business Central

Hi all,

We have a customer who uses 3CX with their outlook and Dynamics 365 CRM Module.
Now since we are implementing a new ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central we will not use Dynamics 365 CRM anymore.

Is there a solution build to connect with Dynamics 365 Business Central?

No, we don't provide that integration out of the box. As you know, that is a different product than the CRM, with different APIs and interfaces. You can create a template yourself following this guide:
