Could it be more simple for you to host PBX in cloud with AWS, OVH, or GOOGLE have static IP, and no matter about having dynamic ip on location .
what do you thing about this?

i have already a cloud one, there are no issue with it, the only thing is my sip is locally hosted. each time ip change, i have to refresh sip reg manually then it work, other than that there is no issue in cloud.. ovh

have used this week OVH for an instance S1-8 , it's 2vcore, 8go ram and 40goHdd , static ip included , cost is 12.99€ /month

Our telecom provide SIP line with Private IP, no sip account but IP Based only. via an eSBC Orange Livebox Business lBB 240

Sorry for this no idea what it implies and how this works, but are you obliged to use this SIP way , you can subscribe SIP trunks where you want no ?

when you explain all this it seem to me so easy to run a pbx with no pain, you are strong to continue with so many problems at all level. nothing helps you

There are only one SIP Trunk provider in Mauritius, and This is how they call it sip here.. outdated

OVH is also doing sip trunks but I don't know how many they are billing
