Error When Viewing Activity Log - Internal Server Error

Getting an Internal Server Error (500) when viewing the activity log:

Ok

The 3CX PhoneSystem 01 System Server service was down earlier today and I couldn't restart it from the Management Console so I had to SSH into the server and run sudo /usr/sbin/3CXStartServices.

Does this have something to do with it?

Are you able to view the activity log now after you started the service or does the issue persist?

Certainly a stopped service is able to cause such an issue. Please keep an eye on the issue and let us know if it happens again so we can further investigate.
