Error with 3CX webclient

Hi, when I pick up a call it occasionally gives the error "Failed to execute 'addTrack' on 'RTCPeerConnection': The RTCPeerConnection's signallingState is 'closed'.

Does anyone know of a solution to this or know what's causing it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How often does this issue happen? Are you able to replicate it by following certain steps?
