Explain how to transfer incoming call from TrunkSIP-A to TrunkSIP-B

Hello

I plan to build a 3CX (3CX00) to make automatic redirection vers many other PBX (3CX and asterisk).

I had on 3CX00 a SIP provider that send me a lot of DID from Trunk A.

I had on 3CX00 an other trunk SIP with virtual extension 10001 to connect an other 3CX (or asterisk) from Trunk B

If 3CX00 get a call from Trunk A with DID number 0146001020, how I do make CFD to take call automatically from trunk A and send to Trunk B.

Also I had make an outbound rule with all destination number which start with 10001 (in my exemple I expect 100010146001020) send to Trunk B without the 5 firsts digits.

Hi @NaWaN,

Why not manage this with Inbound Rules instead of CFD? That would be a lot simpler. You could have a DID rule where your DID on Trunk A forwards to the DID of Trunk B.

I try to do that with inbound rule from Trunk A for DID 0146001020 to forward to external number 10001 and I place an outbound rule for each number begin by 10001 to use Trunk B without success :

[Flow] Target endpoint for 10001 can not be built!

Yes.

If I had a prefix begin by 10001 (I put a prefix code = virtual extension in Trunk B - Bridge Master) I tell to system to use Trunk B (FIRST RULE)

I understand where is the matter. When you create an inbound or outbound rule, 3CX ask for a group (DEFAULT by default ). When I remove default in rule, it work !!!

Hi @NaWaN,

Yes in your outbound rules you can set the rule to run via "Calls from extension(s)" or "Calls from group". This way you can associate a specific trunk to specific extensions / groups.

But when I receive some calls from Trunk B and want to forward to trunk A, I don't know how I can remove the prefix on the From: field. I had From: "100010146001020"<sip:100010146001020@.....> and I would have From : "0146001020"<sip:0146001020@......>

I tell again : Trunk A is a certified 3CX trunk operator and Trunk B is a Master Bridge (not a lot of custom edit field)

You need to remove the prefix before the request arrives at 3CX00 ideally. Alternatively, you can strip the prefix in the Outbound Rules.
What you would do in this case is create an Outbound Rule for each one of the PBXs connecting to 3CX00, and set e.g. "Prefix: 10001, Strip Digits: 5"
