Solved Extension Configuration - Disable the ability to exit the queue

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to disable the "Queue" key from the 3cx Windows client:



in the extension settings there is not an option that disables the autonomy of managing the queue status of the end user.
is there a feature of this kind in the next releases?

Basically I'm looking for a way to inhibit a user's queue exit.

I also tried to leave it in queue and put the status to "Do Not Disturb" but it keeps ringing the phone if it gets a call in the queue.

Thanks for the report. I tried to search first but hadn't seen it.

I sincerely hope that an administrator function will be introduced to take away this possibility.
