Solved Extension count

Hi Guys.
I have a customer with only 28 extensions.
Despite this, 3CX counts 64 and want the customer to upgrade to at least 16SC even though 8SC should be enough.

What am I missing here?

Are you able to refresh the license key from the PBX first and check portal again?

Really? That easy? haha... I just did that and now it indeed shows 28 extensions. Oh my. Thank you Theodoros!
