Does anybody meet with the problem like this?
1. When we open one extension in the Android app(in the latest version), it takes about 26 seconds for the extension to be online(from gray to green); At this time, when we open the extension from the other 3CX servers, the extension will be online immediately.
2. This problem occasionally occurs;
3. This problem just happens in this specific 3CX server, not in any other 3CX servers.
Can we know how to troubleshoot it?
