Hi,
We have PBX system in installed and we have all the phones locally and remotely in the US working fine how one phone in Pakistan that does not work.
The phone provisions fine and registers in the PBX however as soon as we start using it goes from registered to unregistered.
Extension 112 is unregistered, removed contact: sip:112@***.****.***.***:52831, received from: ***.***.***.**

I don't see an actual question? But it sounds like you are trying to figure out what that phone is getting disconnected. It seems pretty obvious if phones locally and remotely in the US work fine and it's just the one in Pakistan then it sounds like the problem isn't anything on the PBX end. Pakistan is very far away and I doubt the call quality would be usable anyways, disconnects aside.

The port number, in your post 112@***.****.***.***:52831 leads me to believe that the far end router may not be configured to "play well" with SIP. Is the device itself configured to use a more standard port, like 5060 , or 5061?
Because all of the other remote locations are working as they should, the finger points to "something" at the Pakistan end, be that the ISP, the router, or the set.

Are you able to get a mobile, or a PC, running the 3CX App, working from the same location?

Thank you for your reply. I click post before I sent the question.

Leejor,
Thank you for your reply. That is what I thought that the problem is in Pakistan however yes mobile app and PC working fine from the same location. Any idea why?

Are they using the 3CX Tunnel?
Are there other SIP devices, besides the 3CX devices, on that router?

No There is no 3CX Tunnel nor any SIP devices.

So when the other devices, from that site register, what does the SIP port look like? Is it a "standard" 5060 type, or a port that is 5 digits?

What is the device that is failing, make/model? What is the local port it has been assigned? I assume that you are using STUN, so each device has been given a unique port number.

If you have a problem with ports or your router/firewall configuration it might be worth it to install an SBC on site even if it is for one phone.

grandstream gxp1610. Port 5065. Yes, we are using STUN.

...and do you see port 5060 in the registration, or used when a call is attempted? Or is it a 5 digit port number? Could there be some options on the router that need to be disabled? SIP ALG? Some sort of port translator/firewall?

If the registration shows any port other than 5065 then you know for sure that NAT took place.

You have to go on the router that sits in front of the phone, and port forward the SIP and RTP ports.

You also have to disable SIP ALG on that router.

Then restart the router and when its online, restart the phone too and make another call to see the registration port in the logs.
