Solved Extension Presence issue over Bridge connection between two 3cx Sites

I have two 3cx server both servers are version 16.0.6 with pro license I have bridge two 3cx servers with master slave configuration

But I cant see the presence of other site ext from one site I am able to call between the two sites.

Also there are no extension groups,I am using default group on both sites.

I have added the FQDN:5001 with port no on the presence information tab to retrieve information on both master and Slave trunk

But still not able to view the Presence information of other site extension

Yes it is checked in both 3cx sites groups still not able to see the presence

Hi,

Where are you looking for presence? (ie. on a phone or in the Webclient)

In the webclient I would advise you to check Settings > Personalize > Group Presence and see if both Groups appear there firstly.

I am not able to see the remote site extension presence from the 3cx webex client and 3cx app But able to make call between two sites

Can you confirm if both systems are currently on a valid Pro license?

Yes Both 3cx system are on Pro-edition with version 16.0.619

How to test and confirm it Please tell me the steps

Well for example if PBX1 is installed in Office1, try from that network to connect to the webclient of PBX2.

If the network PBX1 uses cannot see PBX2's https port then it wont work. And vice versa.

Both the 3cx server are hosted in the cloud one in amazon(Master) l and other in another cloud data center(Slave)

Now I am able to see the presence of the slave 3cx server extensions from Master 3cx server web-client but not able to view the Master 3cx server extensions presence on slave 3cx server web-client

Then you were typing the wrong port in the the PBX B's Presence page.

Go to PBX B (not the Amazon machine) and in the Presence page, remove :5001 and give it a few moments to reconnect.
