Extension Rights for System Reports access

I have a requirement to allow an extension user to access reports.

I have configured the extension with the rights, but they are now allowed to login (credentials incorrect)

What is the right combination of username and password i.e., is is ext no, or user email for USER and which password?

For an extension to access the management console you need to use the extension number as username and the web authentication password as password. You can find this under the General section of the extension. You will need to send the user a new welcome email to view it.
