External call missing on deskphone. OK in Softphone

Hi,
We are using multiple Fanvil X3SP phones, all are on the latest 3cx suppored firmware, 3cx is on v15.5 update 3.
Internal missed call is showed ok, but when external call is missed (external caller closes call before answer) - nothing is shown in phone history but only on softphone of the same extension (CTI Mode). No problem with internal calls.
Are there any tricks to fix it?

Are the calls coming from a Digital receptionist to the phone? If so then please note that this is a known issue and our development team is working towards a solution.
