Facebook integration to 3CX

Hello,

I want to integrate Facebook page messenger to 3CX I followed guidelines from 3CX : https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/facebook/

but I am stuck on verification process. Step 4.6 I can't see same thing on my facebook side. I don't know what I to fill etc.

Hey Nik,

We are in the same situation.

The procedure no longer aligns with the FB interface. We also found Step 3: Configure Your Webhook > 5 Add subscriptions that messaging_pre_checkouts did not exist.

Were you able to Request advanced access for pages_messaging Step 4: Applicatrion Review > 5. Search for ‘pages_messaging’ and click “Request advanced access”. We could not acheive this either.

We have already tried guessing our way through it and had our first attempt rejected and would like to aviod this a 2nd time.

Will let you know if we find a solution.
