Solved Fanvil BLF Custom Speed Dial - Pickup

I'm trying to program one of the BLF keys on a Fanvil X4 as group pickup (*20*#)
No matter what I do, I can't get it to work. The phone simply displays "not found" when I hit the programmed BLF key.
I've proven that group pickup works by dialling *20*# manually.

Any ideas?

Try configuring the BLF's value as *20* and not as *20*#
# is for sending the command, but BLF will handle this.
