Fanvil i20S provisioning

Hello, I am having an issue provisioning the Fanvil i20s. I get the PnP request and create the extension for the device, however it does not auto provision. Attached are screenshots.

Please note that the supported model by 3CX is the i20 which has firmware 2.3.628.324 while the i20s uses a different firmware version which leads me to believe that it is a different model and might not work with auto provisioning. I would recommend contacting Fanvil in this case and asking them if the device can be provisioned with 3CX as we have not tested this model.
Do you have issues with provisioning other phones?
