Fanvil i32V Door Phone to X210 with Video -- Settings Assistance and Support Timeline

Hello,

I'm trying to get the video working on my Fanvil X210 coming from a Fanvil i32V door phone. Has anyone had any luck with this?

I know it is not officially support, but should be soon yes? I'm on the newest firmwares for the Fanvil phones. RTSP streaming from the door phone is working, but the video either shows up as nothing (all black) or only shows moving items and everything else is black.

Any suggestions, settings, etc. would be very helpful!

The phone only supports h.264 codec, so you need to make sure the door phone supports the same

It does support h.264. Is there anything else that needs to be done to see the video on the phone?

If some video shows but does not show correctly, then the codecs between the devices may not be compatible with each other.

They may both support H264 and still be incompatible due to other factors such as bitrate, framerate, and codec profile/level.

I would suggest to pick a model of doorphone that is tested to be compatible with 3CX for best results.
