Fanvil Multicast Paging & template spelling error

So I'm facing the same issue as others have posted here where Multicast paging from a phone assigned to the multicast paging group interrupts itself and puts the page on hold. I've read the other posts and understand how this could be considered a "feature" although I think it probably causes more issues than is solves.

Either way my primary concern is how to resolve the issue so I want to confirm that I should change the Priority setting to Disabled in the Phone Settings - MCast tab and that should not cause any other issues. I suppose I will have to resort to a custom template to make this happen.

I also noticed in my troubleshooting that the Fanvil X5s template on line 292 has the word Enable misspelled as Enbale, believe this to be in error although I don't think it affects the default behavior of the phones..

If you want to confirm a fanvil setting I'd check the fanvil forums or tech support since that is their programming, not 3CX. You can always make the template and provision it to a single phone to test/confirm, and often you can change the setting in the UI and then download the config to make sure the syntax/variable is correct. As far as the typo that is most likely on Fanvil's side as I understand it the vendor provides the templates to 3CX and 3CX tests them. It could be that it is misspelled in their firmware so they have to keep it that way or just a typo as you mentioned. Default behavior should be to just ignore it. But we don't really touch Fanvil so I can't help you much beyond that.
