Fanvil X4 Firmware 2.10.0.6586 Issues

This firmware is buggy, at least with 3CX v16. We confirmed there is an issue with the external call audio after a parked call is picked up. Normal incoming calls work fine, but after parking and then picking up the parked call from a different phone, the the audio from the external party is is not working. We are also having issue with STUN provisioned phones, but gave up troubleshooting and have gone back to the 2.8.x firmware. I am glad we dont have too many of these phones deployed......

We are experiencing the same issue with Fanvil X4's they are also losing BLF provisioning. The shortcut is there but the green light goes away and the button becomes unusable.

Install this FW to fix issues on X4s.

it's a workaround until an official FW comes.

I had the Call parking issue last fall on the C600 the BLF issue was fixed in the December firmware. You can also fix the BLF issue by putting in a border controller. If you are local stun or VPN the BLF issue manifests but for some reason it is fine with the SBC>

I can confirm that the one way audio also happens when behind an SBC for the Fanvil phones.

I am sorry the one-way audio happens unless the put the caller on hold (not park) then pick them back up (at least on the C600). The BLF problems goes away with an SBC. I wasn't clear.

Please note that in a few hours we will be pushing out updates for the Fanvil Phones (except android-based models which will come on Monday). The updates will contain templates and firmware so please

1. download the template first
2. restart your MC to be sure the templates are loaded
3. then apply the firmware update that will appear soon

We will expect your feedback afterwards for the improvements.

I would be interested to know what issue people have been having with the C600 since the V16 update. I have a customer with 100 of them and I am holding them back right now till I can confirm the issues.
