Fanvil X6 Firmware

Hi 3CX.

Any news on support of the 1.8.0 firmware of the Fanvil series?.
I've seen that the latest version is the 1.4.4.2

A more recent 1.6.3 has already been released and now were on 1.8.0
But everytime a login my eyes drop on those red letters "Not Supported"

Please note that newer firmware for phones is continuously being tested. If there are no issues discovered and the firmware provides significant improvements then it will become supported.
Did you face any issues with firmware 1.4.4.2?

I've found issues with BLF light status getting "locked". They keep blinking even if the user is not on the phone anymore.
In version 1.8.0 there is an option you can turn off which stops the BLF lights from getting "locked"

It's under: Line > Advanced Settings > BLF Dialog Strict Match > Turn it off.

Are you using hardware version 1.2 or higher?

Yes.
I'm using hardware version 1.2 and 1.3

But now that's solved the next problem is around the corner.
When i pickup an external call and want to attended transfer it to an internal number sometimes the other phone doesn't ring.
When i end the internal call and try it again it works fine. After i click on the transfer call button the call is transfered to the other internal number but my phone display show's that i still have the call..

I than need to click the "End Call" manually..
