FANVIL X6 provisioning with 3cx vesrion 14

I am new to the 3cx system. Need support to configure FANVIL x6 IP phone on 3CX version 14.

I would first start by upgrading your 3CX to the latest version 15.5 SP6 -

Version 14.0 is not supported now, and you will have issues with license activation / checking -

As @Saqqara suggested the first step is to upgraded your phone system to the latest version. Also f i remember correctly Fanvil X6 was not supported in V14 so there is no template. Fanvil X6 however is fully supported in V15.5 sp6.

Thanks, V15.5 need FQDN ours is fully stand alone system without FQDN. can we use V15.5 as stand alone phone system without FQDN and NET connectivity

V15.5 needs an FQDN and internet connectivity. You also need to provide an ssl certificate for your FQDN. You can of course opt for a 3CX FQDN. You will also get an SSL certificate generated which will auto renew and maintained by 3CX.
