Solved Fax problem

Hello
I have setup a dedicated FAX did so that when a fax is sent to this DID it goes to 88 extension and converted to PDF and sent to the email specified in FAX server settings. It worked a couple of times, but recently for some reason I am getting an error.

I can not send faxes to this DID,
When I call the number a get a voice message (system prompt)

SERVER_ERROR internal_servererror.wav
when t38 fallback is disabled and

DEST_NA destnot_available.wav
when t38 fallback is enabled.


Anyone has an idea on why this happens?

Try sending a fax to the specified DID and check the activity log to see what is causing the issue. You could also try restarting the IVR server service form the Dashboard / Services and see if that helps with the issue.
Does your provider support T.38 or Audio faxing ?

My VOIP provider does not support t38. So i am using g711

I will try restarting IVR now.
