FAX server not working

Hi.
I have set up a FAX server (FAX to mail) but since last week has stopped working.
As I am a newbie on PBX can I have some support on this?
Where to look and what for?
At services, there is no FAX server service running, is that right?
I have a dedicated SIP line for FAX, everything looks fine.
Any help will be much appreciated.

It was working before and now does not?

First question is - Have you changed anything?

give the server/services a reboot and test again.

Call the number and see if it comes in (Active calls)

Yes, it was working before. A reset at Mikrotik router nothing else and reconfigure it as before.
I did reboot services( there are no FAX server services, think its IVR).

Did check and it is configured correctly,,,,Think.
I call the number it give me tone beeeeping as fax and hung up after 10-15 secs.
