Fax-Server settings G.711 fallback checkbox state not correct

If the parameter FAX_PCMU_T38_FALLBACK_TIMEOUT is changed to a value other than 10, the checkbox under Fax-Server settings is not checked.

The checkbox should be checked if FAX_PCMU_T38_FALLBACK_TIMEOUT > 0.
Much better, the value for the timeout should be displayed beside the checkbox.
