Faxes to different DIDs to different emails

Hello

I have 3CX cloud system shared by 3 offices. Each one has a fax number.
Currently all the faxes I send to 3CX are sent to one single address.

Is it possible to forward Faxes to different emails depending on what DID were they sent to?

For exampple

fax sent to 00-0000-0000 > goes to [email protected]
fax sent to 11-1111-1111 > goes to [email protected]

your best option is to create rules in receiving email server.

If the extensions have emails defined, it should be doable.

Inbound rules > Add DID Rule > Destination for calls during office hours : Send fax to > Select the appropriate extension

I have inbound fax DID's for about 70 of my users, and I configure it this way, with inbound rules.
