FB PAGE didn't push to my 3CX Webclient

Hello Team,
I'm still struggling on how to integrate my FB page to our 3CX web client. I also follow all the steps in this link : https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/facebook/ but when I tried to chat on my fb fage, it didn't notify my 3cx. All PAGE ID, Webhooks, and Token are correct.


Can someone help me with this issue? Your thought is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @djay001 Have you ensured you set up the routing for where FB messages should be delivered? From the looks of the screenshots you shared, your Facebook trunk is set to 'End Call'. The call handling manual may provide you with further insight.
