I'm currently running 20.0.0.1494, attempting to update to 20.0 RC3 20.0.0.1609 .The update never finishes. No messages or e-mails, just the update page says "Disconnected. Reconnecting in <X> seconds>" Starts at like 20, counts down, the goes to 30, then counts back down, etc. Different browsers, different computers, etc - cannot access the web interface. Any suggestions on what to look for / what log files to look at ?

How were you able to upgrade to v20? V20 requires 2 cores minimum with a recommended 2GB of RAM.

@phirephoto The odd part is, it should have prevented you from trying, with 1 CPU/1 GB. You might review https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-beta1-upgrade/. 5GB of free disk space? Does it not email you a log for the attempt?

V20 - Considerations in connection with Bridge.

We host a 3CX that is Bridged together with 2 other PBXs that we do not manage. It would be very useful if we could see the 3CX Version on the other servers in the Bridge configuration, so we know if it is time to update to the latest version or if we have to wait.

It can also be an advantage to have a standard selection box so that we can choose whether all newly created agents can see presence by default.

I'm currently thinking about how I can set my own times for extensions, like in V18, without changing the status?So far I have only found the possibility of setting your own times under the extension, but as described there, the status is changed.In the detailed rules, I was able to deal with the extension here, but the extension was not treated here, which in my opinion was correct here, because there are situations in which the extensions have, for example, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. as telephone hours, but the extensions from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Why is there a difference? The employees should only be reachable from outside during a limited time and should be reachable to each other during office hours.In plain language, office hours are not telephone hours.
