Firmware Yealink T29G / T42G not supported

Hi all,

I'm currently running version 16.0.504 and several phone sets installed. In the Phones tab the Yealink SIP-T29G and the SIP-T42G are reporting that the firmware is not supported.
T29G - fw 46.83.0.130
T42G - fw 29.83.0.130
Both firmware files have been downloaded from this site: https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/
So to me this should be ok.
Is something wrong, do I have to change something, install something?

Select the phone in question under Phones, then click on the Firmware icon (across the top) to update the firmware,.

If this does not update the firmware you will have to do it manually

You appear to have the newest firmware, what version is your 3cx?

Do you use customized templates?

Firmware is most recent and installed through the webui. I can't click on +firmware when I select the phone.

Can you provide a screenshot of the phones section please? Do not show the MAC addresses in the screenshot. For example

You should first reset your phone and reprovision it again using a 3CX method from below:

If you provision a phone with the wrong model, this issue can happen as well.

Forgot to send a message but thanks. It looks like the problem is indeed the provisioning. I'll give it a try as soon as I can. Thanks all.
