Hello,
I was wondering if its possible if I have 3CX hosted on an offsite server in a hosted datacenter to route calls to an external number such as a cell phone if the network goes down at the site where the phones would be. For example, there is a company in Texas called rackspace that offers hosted esxi services, if we setup a 3cx linux vm on their hosted esxi to provide pbx services to a network is there a way that 3cx can detect a state of no connectivity and forward calls to an external number until connectivity is re-established, or at least achieve something like this?
