Solved Forward extension on unregistered only

Hi,


I want to be able to set a particular phone to forward on unregistered only. I can see an option for ‘forward on unregistered or busy’, but I do not want to forward it if the phone is busy. Do you know if it’s possible to do this?

The scenario is if the site has a power cut. I want to be able to forward the main reception phone to a backup analogue line.

Hello @Tom Cowley,

Try enabling the "Accept Multiple Calls" parameter in the extension's Forwarding Rules. This will enable the extension to basically not be busy. So when that extension is already on a call, and receives another, the forwarding will not take place.
