Forward extension to external not showing in Reports

Hi there

I have on V12 one extension using forward rule to forward calls to external number. But when using the reporter it does not show those calls forwarded to external on the extension detail.

Is there a way to see those calls in the extension report?

Hi,

you may see the forwarded call to the external number on the Call Statistics Reports>> Call Logs.
Please check it .
