Solved Forward to mobile has issues: Target endpoint can't be built

I posted last week about my problem which was when I asked 3cx to forward to a number, that it would fail. Even though I could call that number manually without any issue.
So I figured out where the Activity Log was and found these entries.

[Flow] Target endpoint for xxx-xxx-xxxx can not be built!

following that afterward
[CM303006]: There's no outbound rule for external number 'xxx-xxx-xxxx' defined

Any ideas what's happening?

Yes, exactly what it says:

That's a pretty clear message

Haha ,thanks for your sarcasm.

Anyways I figured it out, though it's mainly my own stupidity
When I type a phone number with dashes it doesn't recognize it. Simple as that. Just shoot me.
