Hi all,
on version 16.0.655 (hosted on Windows) I'd like set up the (standard) digital receptionist to forward to an external number some keys.

As long as the option "forward to" is not there, I had created an extension with mobile number the number I want to forward to (I call a landline number, does it matters?), and did setup in receptionist the rule "connect to extension".

Tried to test this setup, and when I press the key that triggers this rule, I get just 2-3s for wait music, and then the answer "voicemail disabled for this user".
I'd like the forward giving the called number the time for answer, maybe 20s or alike.

Can you please help me on finding the place(s) I have to look for, and any settings I have to be sure have setup correctly, in order to achieve the expected result?

Here is the call log, if may help:

TIA, Andrea

Most probably this is your outbound rule which is not enough relax to let system extension able to do external forwarding.
rule need to be without groups or extensions
