forwarding to my mobile??

I am not familiar with calling systems outside the USA, But the configuration looks ok to me.

However one thing bugs me in that log is this;

Code:
unable-no-sdp, no-recvonly

i thought i had it right. i wonder why its not calling out its so annoying especially as i'm wanting to buy the full version however i'm not going to if i cant get something as simple as this working

i had to remove the 9 to dial out, the ext that the outbound rule will allow, then my forwarding worked. So, my outbound rule can be dialed from any ext, without dialing a code like 9 and it works.

mine still doesnt work even if i try that. could this be something to do with the ports failing? as can be seen below. what are the stun servers used for also it seems some other ports are being blocked too
