Fresh Debian ISO Install, PbxWebConfilTool won't start.

Hi,

I did a fresh install with the Debian ISO on Hyper-V, when I get through the actual OS install, the first time attempting to configure 3CX I cannot get it to start, push 1 for Web Browser install and it sits on "Starting PbxWebConfigTool" and never changes.

I made sure to make it a Gen 1 VM, set a static MAC outside Hyper-V dynamic range. I've tried rebooting it several times, I read a few random similar forum posts that implied it might be an ipv6 issue so I disabled ipv6 thorugh sysctl.conf, but still no change. Any idea on how to get the web config to start?

Version is 16.

So you don't get the IP address prompt as below?



you can press ALT+F1 to get new terminal session, while you're at it also do apt-get update and apt-get install ntp to get it out the way, and then reboot

After the reboot the system will try to relaunch the configuration tool and try again.

No, don't get the IP, it sits on Staring PbxWebConfigTool... forever.

Opened a new terminal session, apt-get update went fine, but apt-get install ntp hangs on Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.24-11+deb9u4) ...

I've followed the Hyper-V guide and have installed this on a few Hyper-V servers before already with no issue, I set the static MAC, used Gen 1 VM, am not using legacy vNIC, etc.

At this point the only thing I can imagine is some random corruption during install, guess I can just reload and see if it happens again.
