FXO card that will work for 3CX on both Windows and Linux

Do you guys know any FXO card that supports both Windows and Linux that will work for 3cx? we've got a server but its fxo's only supporting unix and we'd like to have windows do you guys know any?

Beronet provide cards which work, I have used them before with success.

Personally however I would use a stand alone gateway like a Patton.

I have used Beronet cards with good results, as I had several from their use with many Asterisk servers I had prior to 3CX purchase of Askozia and our migration to 3CX. I'm only using one at this point, for an application in my home lab as I've moved to using Patton gateway's for all my client deployments. I second the previous statement of favoring gateway appliances, as we do as well, with especially good results with Patton hardware.

However, I have had good results with the Beronet PCI cards in both FXS and FXO roles and felt the need to post to this to brag on how great their support is. Including having their dev guys look at a weird use case I had where I wanted to autodial on offhook status, which doesn't seem possible with a PSTN endpoint, the way it is with a SIP endpoint device as I have done with Snom hardware.

I really want to know if there are any PCI cards that will support windows 3cx and linux 3cx i just need an analog card with FXO modules but i cant find an affordable brand which does so

The thing I love about the Beronet PCI cards is that it simply emulates or represents itself to the operating system as a Realtek network card. So you just assign an IP on it's assigned segment, and then run whatever software and register against the cards IP's address. The only complexity for Windows is you need to forward traffic from your LAN network segment to that segment created between the PBX system or hypervisor and the Beronet card. I love that, no drivers to contend with, much of the benefit of a gateway appliance with standard communication protocol of TCP/IP & SIP, but with the ability to constrain the entire solution inside a case. But that's all preference.
