Generic Inbound Rule

Hello,

I'm a little bit new in 3CX, I comming from Asterisk an I haven't found how can I do to create a generic Inbound Rule in the 3CX console.

I want to create a rule like this:

_250XXXXXXXXXX,1,Answer
.....
*The previous one is a rule in Asterisk*

The idea is: when a Customer Call us with a CID like 2503174240931 connect with a Queue or extension.

Have you tried using a mask/wildcard?

I see you are already basic certified, so you are familiar with our academy

It would be a good idea to follow on that path, and you should especially look at our Advanced Inbound Routing which will teach you via examples on how to build any inbound rules you need. There is also the equivalent for outbound.
