Gigaset DECT phones interacting with Windows client cti and TAPI

We are using the windows client and the multiline TAPI. Interaction cti with Snom D345 is working fine.

Now we would like to use at several extensions Gigaset S650H pro or Gigaset SL750H pro (@ Gigaset N510) to cti interact with the Windows client and the multiline TAPI similar to the already working Snom D345 at other extensions. Is this possible? There should be no difference as the use of Snom D345 and Dect phones is the same.

If not possible as standard is there a workaround at least for interaction via TAPI? Eventually via Gigaset QuickSync für Windows?

The below guides will outline the fact that this behavior is not supported in 3CX for DECT Phones or Gigaset (which is a Legacy - limited Feature set & Support) the CTI functionality is only available on the desktop "preferred" models:

Getting these working would take a considerable effort and you are not guaranteed success, I think you would be better off just using supported/preferred models - like the snom you are using.

Not what you may want to hear but it does need to be mentioned.

Got it, Dect stations and phones seam not to be (fully) supported by 3cx CTI integration and 3cx who multiline Tapi.

No Full CTI Support (Make Call Only)


Not satisfying at all as not every user has a desk phone or can use it as there is many use cases where people need to move while speaking.

3cx should integrate at least leading Dect solutions

Does anyone know how to get at least outgoing calls via CTI to work?

Is there maybe a work around to get Tapi integration to work on Gigaset hand sets logged on to 3cx?

Just an FYI, Make-Call is when the Client will "Make" a call to the desktop phone. You then approve it and the phone will call. Unlike a supported phone where both client and desktop will call simultaneously.

I am not sure if this will work for you ?

Make call is also common on all Legacy handsets that 3CX have on the list:
