In 3cx in Phone option extention is not working , i am unable to add ip phone
In 3cx my grandstream 1610 ip phone is not support
Please help

You have entered the info into the 3cx management console, now you need to provision the phone

Connect to the phone gui via the ip address.

Please take a screenshot of the provisioning url you have entered on the phone web frontend and post on this forum

Within the 3CX management console, have you checked your blacklist and delete any entries

Do you have option 66 configured on the dhcp server ?

This screenshots are not correct,

please response to queston - do you have option 66 / 43 configured on your dhcp server. If you do delete the settings


factory Default the phones and follow the steps one by one posted in this thread , where you manually add the phone to the 3cx console , then add the provioning url to the phone and nothing else

If i use paid service of 3cx then my problem of ip phone Grandstream GXP 1610 should be resolved because mobile phone are connected in free service only ip phone Grandstream GXP 1610 doesn't connect.

Sir as i am running 3cx from last year now 1year free login is expiring on 17 Jan 2023 , and I need continue free 3cx with10 user which is free for future

I want to make it clear that while the key is free and can be used on your own machine if you want, the hosting is a paid service when the trial period expires and the machine will be deleted.
