Hi,
We have a customer who has deployed a Grandstream GDS3712 as their intercom, it is registered to their 3cx instance along with 2 T44U's and a few W70B DECT bases, for some reason the programmed number (I've tried both queue number and reception extension number) gets rejected by 3cx. Is there any way to determine why? I see in the pcap from 3cx that it's rejected with 407 proxy auth required. I was wondering if the issue is caused by video attributes that seem to be coming from the GDS3712. Has anyone got some experience with these intercom systems that can shed light into the matter. At one point I also tried IP calling to the Yealink reception phone but it didn't make a difference.
Regards,
Karl
