Solved Grandstream GXP2124 phonebook 3cx (contacts)

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to use the phone book of 3cx, on a Grandstream GXP 2124?

Now I see a phone book or a group. The 3cx contacts are not visible.

Grandstream GXP 2124 Firmware Version 1.0.8.6

3cx V15.5

Hello @Jor3cx

If the phone is auto provisioned as local using the default template then you should be able to see the PBX phonebook. The contacts should be visible into the Local Phonebook option.

After provisioning again i can see the phonebook.
