Has anyone tried the GXP2130 with 3cx? It looks perfect, it's cheap, colour screen (wow factor) and - most importantly - has gigabit built in for the pass through port. The cheapest yealink I can find with gigabit is over £100. This is less than £60.

Is there a template available for it does anyone know?

Thanks.

Grandstream releases templates for 3CX for their phones.

There is a link at the bottom of this thread:

Thanks, I'll look at that.

Does anyone have any experience actually using it? 3CX seem to be trying to discourage people from using Grandstream phones, is this because of actual compatibility issues?

Re: compatibility - In one word: no.

I was amused to read this post. First of all, the GXP2130 isn't even shipping to end users yet so nobody can truly answer this. There are certain exceptions and it works very well with 3CX, the templates are ready but receive tweaks to add functionality often.

Which part of this phone is "cheap"... is it "colour screen" or "gigabit" or both?.. ...or it is a try to persuade people that yealink is worst...
Sorry, but I'm completely lost the thread of discussion... :(

P.S. Nothing against Grandstream phones, just such style of advertisement is not for this forum... even at 1st of April... :)

Nice to see the 3cx staff in here. I have been with Yealink for the last 2 years because they had Gigabit Color Screens for a decent price. Now my 60 T38's are basically no longer being supported and I am considering a jump to Grandstream. Reading about the 2160 series, there seems to be nothing holding me back, except a template...

@Stepan

I believe the 'cheap' comment was with regard to price point
