Grandstream - Wi-fi Cordless

Hi 3CX Team,

Can we test and approve this range of Wi-fi Cordless phones?

We have found these to be very popular in a couple of vertical markets, but have been using them another Hosted UC Platform

If these were approved, we could switch these clients across to 3CX. Plus all future Hosted UC deals could be 3CX

Don't get your hopes up.

First, 3CX does not support any Wi-Fi phones for obvious reasons: reliability.

On top of that, Grandstream are the worst in terms of providing firmware updates and bug fixes, so they don't have many models supported.

Do you mean better call quality and reliability of Dect instead of Wi-fi ?

Hi,

There are no plans for those models. If you need cordless phones consider using Yealink or Snom DECT devices from our supported range.

If you need to make calls over WiFi specifically, then we recommend using our mobile app that is designed to be able to cope with WiFi network irregularities / drop outs.

Tried to add manually my Yealink 60B base and handsets but there is not option in handset list or an option for notlisted. How do I add these?
