HD phones not showing as online

Hi guys

i've got about 10 HD phones, some show as green online but the others are grey.

they are currently logged in to and are being used.

how do i get these online?

That means that device has a user logged in.

HD000001 is the extension given to a device when there is no user. This will be green when it is idle.

When a user i logged in to the hot desking device, this will now show as grey.

The grey status box threw me off but eventually figured out it meant the phone isnt available.
