I am having a problem setting up a conference, as follows:
3CX software on Windows PC - v 14.0.49169.0
1. click button to start a conference
2. create conference
3. add in first number and start conference
- (nb: i dial this number first as it is an external number and requires me to enter an extension number using key pad - which i cant do if they are the second caller added, as you dont have access to keypad at that point)
4. click Pen to "add more people"
5. find and add in a colleague from their ext.
6. their phone rings and they pick up - but they aren't joined to the conference call they just hear hold music
what am i doing wrong - why cant I get the colleague to be added in
