Solved [HELp] - 3CX Android Client

Good morning,
I have a problem performig the previsioning of my 3cx client on android phone...
I'm using 3CX 15.5 and the latest client on my Samsung S8+.
I'm worried my firewall is the reason... the client keeps saying "the PBX cloud cannot be reached. Timeout of connection" when I scan the QR-Code...
When I do the scan on my firewall I see

5060 failed full-cone nat test
5090 done
9000->9003 failed full-cone test
9004->9255 wrong mapping

On my Juniper firewall I only opened 5060, 5090, 9000->9003. I opened them in the same fashion but the 5090 is all good the 5060 and others are not...

Granted I'm not super good at network stuff but it's still bizare....


Any help would be apreciated...

You need to open your https port (5001/443/other used) for provisioning and presence.
